Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of readywell.store (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Readywell ("Readywell", "we", "us", "our"), operated by [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS], [BUSINESS ADDRESS].

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our online platform.

Products, prices and orders

  • Product information. We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Prices. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
  • Errors. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.
  • Order acceptance. An order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
  • Payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
  • Free guides. The free digital guides included with your order are for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Shipping, returns and our 30-day guarantee

Shipping. We ship to all 50 US states with tracking. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather or customs. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

30-day guarantee. You can try your Readywell kit at home for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, contact us at [support@readywell.store] and we will refund you in full. [ADJUST: say whether the customer must return the product, and who pays return shipping.]

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Refund timing. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Safe use of your water filter

Please read the instructions included with your kit before first use. By using the product, you agree to:

  • Use it only with fresh water. It is not designed for saltwater, or for water that may contain fuel, chemicals, heavy metals or industrial waste. Avoid floodwater.
  • Follow official instructions from your local water authority or emergency officials, including boil-water notices.
  • Keep the filter from freezing while wet, and clean it with the backwash syringe as described in the instructions.
  • Replace the filter if it is damaged, cracked or no longer flows properly.
  • Keep small parts away from young children.

The Readywell kit is an emergency and outdoor water tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Except as stated in our 30-day guarantee and as required by law, the product is provided "as is" without other warranties.

Reviews and content

Your reviews. When you leave a review, photo or comment, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience with the product. You allow Readywell to display it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove reviews that are offensive, off-topic or not about the product.

Our content. The Readywell name, logo, images, videos, texts and guides on the Site belong to Readywell or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Prohibited uses. You agree not to use the Site to break the law, place fraudulent orders, interfere with the Site's security, or copy content with bots or scrapers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Readywell is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY OF YOUR BUSINESS], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
